Autumn ASOS Wishlist

. Sunday, 24 September 2017 .
I love ASOS. A website where they stock all of my favourite brands and you can get next day delivery for a whole year for £9.99. What more could a girl want?! However, as a student, there are often a lot of things I see on there that are just out of my budget. I'll buy the odd piece that is more expensive but generally I'm a Primark girl through and through. Which you'll probably already know if you watch my videos as I am partial to a Primark Haul or two.

Being unable to afford most things I like the look of means they normally end up languishing in my saved items for far too long. So I thought I'd share the items with you guys in case you spot anything you like the look of.

I think I'll start with coats. I realise most people don't start thinking about coats this early in the year but as someone who is almost permanently cold I like a good coat or two!

I love how sophisticated this camel coloured duffle coat looks. It has a bit more structure to it than most coats so would look great if you need a slightly smarter coat, for example, for work or even if you just wanted an outfit to look a bit more put together. The faux fur hood also gives added warmth to brave the winter when it does arrive and makes the look a bit more chic. The neutral colour is also perfect as it means you can wear whatever you like underneath and not have to worry about clashes.

Again, something you'll know about me if you watch my videos, is that I love a bit of pink. It's a colour that I definitely went off for quite a few years but its now very much back in my wardrobe! This coat is less structured than the previous so great for looking a bit more casual and super comfy. I would usually order coats like this in a size or two bigger depending on the fit to make sure I can fit big fluffy jumpers on underneath.

The only downside to a coat like this is that it wouldn't go with everything. The only reason I haven't bought it (because let's face it, I love it) is that I already have so much pink in my wardrobe I probably wouldn't get much opportunity to wear it without it clashing with whatever outfit I have on underneath.

Moving swiftly on to shoes, more specifically boots, because no Autumn wardrobe is complete without a few good pairs of boots. I absolutely love little ankle boots like this as I find them really flattering. Because the top of the boot is wider than your leg it makes your legs look slimmer. They also work well with both jeans tucked in or tights making them a versatile addition to your wardrobe.

In particular with these boots I absolutely love the burgundy colour - not only is a perfect colour for Autumn, they also make a great statement piece when wearing a more plain or dark outfit. Plus the added detail of the exposed zip and studs around the toes makes them look a lot more expensive than they are in my opinion.

I'll admit I have always wanted to own a pair of over the knee boots. Growing up I always thought they were the epitome of sophistication and now all these years later I still want a pair but do not own any for the fear that I would not be able to pull them off.

Another reason I have not bought a pair previously is because most over the knee boots I have seen are heeled and as someone who is on the tall side (I'm 5"9) I've never really felt very confident in heels. So I love that these ones are a flat alternative.

Can you even discuss Autumn fashion without mentioning jumpers? I don't think so!

This is quite possibly my perfect jumper. It's in a gorgeous yellow/mustard colour which quite frankly I am obsessed with at the moment. It also has a turtle neck, as I've already mentioned I get pretty cold, so I love anything that is going to help me stay toasty. Plus it has cable knit detailing down the front which I love for stopping jumpers from looking really flat when they're just all one colour. The dropped shoulders also help to make the jumper look more casual and comfy. Basically it's everything I could want from a jumper and because its Boohoo it's not going to break the bank.

This next jumper is described as ASOS' Ultimate Chunky Jumper and I can totally see why. This jumper comes in a few different colours but of course I chose to show you this beautiful blush pink one; but if you'd rather they also have grey, black and a oatmeal version.

Sporting a crew neck, relaxed fit and chunky ribbed knit this jumper would be the perfect addition to any Autumn/Winter wardrobe. I have bought quite a few ASOS own-brand knits before and always found that they still look good despite washing and they don't tend to bobble.

Now this jumper is a little bit different and to be honest I can't imagine it would keep your very warm in the Winter months. But for the transitional period I am absolutely loving this gorgeous forest green colour.

Again I love the high neck, especially because its black which contrasts beautifully with the green jumper. The cut out detail is a slightly different take on a typical jumper as it allows you to show a bit of flesh at a time of year when we're usually pretty covered up.

So these are all the things I currently have my eye on from the ASOS website. Are there any trends you're loving for the Autumn pieces? Or any items you've seen on ASOS that have caught your eye and you think I might love? I'd love for you to leave me a comment below!
